Who is the program for?

Companies in the Swiss textile and apparel sector can commit to the STS 2030 targets. This means international companies that sell in Switzerland and companies with a Swiss location.

In addition, procurement bodies for textiles and clothing can commit, both private and public bodies of municipalities, cities, cantons and the federal government.

What are the costs associated with a commitment?

  • Members of the associations pay a fee of CHF 450 excluding VAT per year.
  • Non-members of the associations pay a turnover-based amount (approx. 1`500 – 10`000 CHF excl. VAT per year).
  • Public procurement bodies pay a lump sum of CHF 450 excl. VAT per year.

Possible other costs:

  • Internal costs e.g. for further training of employees for successful implementation and interaction with the program
  • Support of the demand-oriented initiative “reflect your style” in the form of a contribution or donation in kind.
  • Contributions to international partner initiatives or standards, if chosen for implementation
  • Measurement of baseline & goal achievement using third-party tools or consulting services.
