Guide to Creating a Company-Specific Roadmap for Fair Wages
This guide supports companies in creating a roadmap for fair wages along the supply chain. It describes six implementation steps and was financed by Swiss Fair Trade.

The offer

A key target of STS 2030 is to promote fair wages along the entire supply chain by 2030 in accordance with the OECD guidelines. The actors committed to the program are implementing their own roadmap in which they define wage development as well as concrete steps and measures. This guide supports them in doing so: in six practical implementation steps, it uses examples and key questions to show how fair wages can be promoted in a targeted manner. The guidelines developed by STS 2030 and financed by Swiss Fair Trade are based on various documents from LRQA, OECD, ILO, idh and amfori.

The guide supports committed actors of STS 2030 in the implementation of measure 2.3 Definition of a fair wages roadmap and measure 2.4 Implementation of the strategy and roadmap.
