The OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises are recommendations made by governments to multinational enterprises operating in or from participating countries.

The offer

The OECD Guidelines set out non-legally binding principles and standards for responsible business conduct for multinational enterprises in a global context that comply with applicable law and internationally recognized standards. The Guiding Principles are the only multilaterally agreed and comprehensive code of responsible business conduct that governments have committed to promoting.
